Now that we’ve been introduced, here are few more nuggets of my story for you to get to know me better:

MY FIRST MISSION

Do my best to do what’s right. Still part of my today’s mission.

GRADUATED

You’ll never guess. Law. And once joining the corporate world, I also took an MSc in International Projects Management and a CIPD Associate Degree.

MY FAVOURITE CORPORATE HATS

Sharing my knowledge with others and nurturing people’s growth.

STARTING MY COACHING JOURNEY

It all started more than 10 years ago, when having my first mentees (I know… not quite coaching, as I practice it today) and continued across my entire organizational career. I made the move to Professional Coaching, by taking a 9-month coaching training program within One 2 Coach, an ICF-accredited coaching school in Bucharest.  Presently, I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), as awarded by ICF, and I am working towards the next chapter of my story. So, just like you, I am still growing.

MY MISSION AS A COACH

To authentically inspire and support people’s growth.

GREW UP WITH A DREAM

Become a judge. In my defence, I am the daughter of a lawyer (formerly, a judge) and a school teacher. What happened with my dream? We grew up together.

PROFESSIONALLY

I have a +16-year corporate background in SSC/Manufacturing/HR/Telco industries, wearing a lot of hats. Last one: EMEA Staffing Leader at Honeywell. Find out more at Anişoara Roşca | LinkedIn.

LEFT THE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT

Mid 2018, when truly feeling I have completed a professional cycle and being ready to start a new one. One that would involve wearing more of my favourite hats. Actually, not so sure I have really left it since I enjoy working with corporate clients and I honestly think that having built an organizational acumen is an important part of who I am and what I do today.

COACHING FOR ME IS

A step in… to step out. And vice versa.
An inner leadership working journey.
And more than that, it’s a space for writing new stories, stories about WHO WE ARE today and WHO WE COULD BE tomorrow. I truly believe that people are beautiful stories waiting to be told.

STILL READING? THEN LET ME SHARE SOME MORE PERSONAL THINGS I LOVE TO DO:

Reading. Sometimes, I am a binge reader. You can find some of them here and here.

Storytelling. I love writing stories that can spark insights in other people’s journeys. You can read them here:
Going to the gym. That’s my almost-daily mental hygiene habit. It literally helps me think. That…and my daily cup of green tea.
Watching comedies and documentaries. Yes, sometimes, in this order. 😊
